Oh, it looks lovely! What a beautiful setting. Is it fish? What kind of sauce? And asparagus tips? Spring rolls? I love to hear about your cuisine.

Yes, it is salmon steak with cream sauce, asparagus tips and saute of bean sprout and peppers.
they are not spring rolls but 2 kinds of crepes: one wraps stick-like beef steak and watercress, the other wraps tomato and mozzarella cheese. The tree salad next to the crepes is made of potato and broccoli decorated by red pepper stars and mayonnaise line.
Dessert is tiramisu.
We were happy to have Christmas meal again this year. I wish you had a happy Christmas, too.
I love the broccoli tree and since that is a green fruit that my grandchildren will eat I hope to be able to copy this next year! Such a lovely table!

It might be fun to make a broccoli tree with your grandchildren.:)
Yum! Now I am very hungry. I thought the tiramisu was a plate with a tree design sitting empty, but now I see what it is. Wow! I'm coming to your house next year. :)
