It is about 2 weeks since I begun a brisk walking early in the morning. Usually I leave home before dawn and explore the neighborhood for about an hour. As we live at the foot of Mt. Koya, one of the World Heritages, we have several temples related to Kukai. So far I visited some of them. While walking at a quick pace in the crisp air of the late autumn (early winter already?), I am often lost in thought. I think about anything and everything, from the serious to the silly. Rare but I can get some very important solutions how to get out of a never-ending cycle or make myself step forward. I enjoy my new daily routine.
