I love autumn! We can enjoy various kinds of delicious food, as it is a harvest season.
Last Sunday I made teapot soup because hubby wanted to eat Matsutake mushroom. Although domestic Matsutake gives a rich aroma, we, as ordinary people, can't afford it, as it is very expensive. Instead we usually buy Korean-grown Matsutake, which is affordable for us. However we chose American-grown Matsutake this year for the first time. It is even more inexpensive than Korean-grown one. As for aroma, it isn't even equal to domestic one, but we enjoyed "autumn eating" anyway.
The pot contained Matsutake, chicken, shrimp, pike eel, ginkgo nut and mitsuba leaf.
